Author Guidelines

Introduction

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All manuscripts submitted to Rumah Jurnal Quo Vadis must comply with the journal's scope, ethical standards, and formatting requirements.

Journal Scope

The journal welcomes submissions in the following fields:

  1. Educational Innovation and Learning Strategies
  2. Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
  3. Social Humanities and Contemporary Culture
  4. Public Policy, Governance, and Law
  5. Creative Economy, Entrepreneurship, and Modern Management
  6. Public Health, Environment, and Sustainable Development

Manuscript Requirements

Submitted manuscripts must:

  • Be original and free from plagiarism.
  • Not be submitted simultaneously to another journal.
  • Be written in English or Indonesian.
  • Follow the journal template.
  • Use clear academic language.
  • Contribute to scientific knowledge and practice.

Article Structure

Authors should organize their manuscripts as follows:

Research Article

  1. Title
  2. Author(s)
  3. Affiliation
  4. Abstract
  5. Keywords
  6. Introduction
  7. Methodology
  8. Results and Discussion
  9. Conclusion
  10. References

Title

The title should:

  • Clearly reflect the content of the manuscript.
  • Be concise and informative.
  • Not exceed 20 words.

Abstract

The abstract should:

  • Contain 150–250 words.
  • Describe objectives, methods, findings, and conclusions.
  • Be written in one paragraph.

Keywords

Provide 3–5 keywords representing the main topics of the manuscript.

Formatting Guidelines

General Format

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
  • Paper size: A4
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.15
  • Margin: 2.5 cm on all sides

Citation Style

This journal uses:

APA 7th Edition

Example:

Creswell, J. W. (2018). Research Design. Sage Publications.

Authors are encouraged to use:

  • Mendeley
  • Zotero
  • EndNote

for reference management.

References

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 references.
  • At least 80% from scientific journals.
  • Prefer references published within the last 10 years.
  • Include DOI whenever available.

Tables and Figures

Tables and figures must:

  • Be numbered consecutively.
  • Include clear captions.
  • Be cited in the text.

Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software.

Maximum similarity index:

20%

Manuscripts exceeding the threshold may be rejected or returned for revision.

Publication Ethics

Authors must:

  • Ensure originality of the manuscript.
  • Properly acknowledge all sources.
  • Avoid fabrication and falsification of data.
  • Disclose conflicts of interest.

Submission Process

Authors must:

  1. Register an account in the journal system.
  2. Log in to OJS.
  3. Click "New Submission".
  4. Complete all metadata.
  5. Upload manuscript files.
  6. Confirm submission.

Review Process

All manuscripts undergo:

Double-Blind Peer Review

Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
