Introduction
Rumah Jurnal Quo Vadis is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice.
This statement is based on the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Duties of Authors
Authors are required to:
Originality
Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original.
If the work or words of others have been used, they must be properly cited.
Multiple Submission
Authors should not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal.
Duplicate submissions are considered unethical behavior.
Data Accuracy
Authors must present accurate data and objective discussion.
Fabrication, falsification, and manipulation of data are prohibited.
Authorship
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant contributions to the research.
All co-authors must approve the final version before submission.
Disclosure
Authors must disclose:
- Sources of funding.
- Conflicts of interest.
- Financial support.
Errors in Published Works
If authors discover significant errors after publication, they must promptly notify the editor and cooperate in correcting or retracting the article.

Editors are responsible for:

Confidentiality

Editors must not use unpublished information for personal advantage.
Duties of Reviewers

Objectivity
Reviews should be conducted objectively.
Personal criticism of authors is inappropriate.
Acknowledgement of Sources
Reviewers should identify relevant published works not cited by the authors.

Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software.
The maximum acceptable similarity index is:
20%
The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts with unacceptable similarity levels.
Retraction Policy
Articles may be retracted if:
- Research misconduct is identified.
- Data fabrication is proven.
- Major errors invalidate conclusions.
- Ethical violations are confirmed.
Retraction notices will be publicly displayed.
Copyright Policy
Authors retain copyright of their work.
By publishing in this journal, authors grant the journal the right of first publication.
